  Portrait Sessions:
For on-location and outdoor sessions, I schedule with my valued clients either early in the morning around 8:00 AM or after 4:00 PM (during summer) to avoid harsh sunlight that creates unpleasant shadows, unless the weather is cloudy and perfect for portraiture.
For sessions with small children, I recommend scheduling at times when your little ones are most active. Based on my experience as photographer and also a mom, I would suggest to do the session at your home or in your backyard, where your children will feel most comfortable, allowing me to capture their true personalities.
For senior, homecoming, and prom sessions, I encourage parents and the entire family to join us at the end of the session. Including photos with parents, siblings, and the whole family is a wonderful way to capture this important milestone in your child's life for everyone to cherish.
Regarding outfits, solid colors work best - preferably no patterns. You can also mix two colors, such as mom and daughter in pink or white, and dad and son in blue or black. Alternatively, kids can wear the same color while parents wear a complementary shade. Coordinated outfits significantly enhance group photos, creating a sense of harmony, unity, and togetherness. Personally, I buy matching tops for our annual family Christmas session at Walmart or add coordinating scarves for my daughter and me. They offer a variety of colors at very affordable prices.
For ladies, I recommend avoiding short skirts, as they limit posing options.
Dark clothing can be less flattering compared to white or light colors.

  Weddings:
I encourage each couple to schedule an engagement photo session, it helps you get to know me better and understand how I work. On YOUR BIG DAY, I will be by your side the entire time.
Please create an agenda or timeline for YOUR BIG DAY and share it with me. If possible, provide contact information for all your vendors.
For "getting ready" photos, please remove all unimportant items from the room, such as boxes.
Additionally, consider getting a custom-made or nice hanger for the wedding dress. If that’s not possible, I always bring one with me.
Bring a "save kit" with items as needles, safety pins, scissors and so on. In case of any mishaps, feel free to send your guests to me, as I always carry a kit with me.
From my experience, I recommend setting aside at least 10-20 minutes for couple photos on your BIG DAY. This time allows you both to finally have a few moments just for yourselves to relax. Most importantly, I want to capture that extraordinary "Bride and Groom Glow" (as I call it) in your photos that is most present on YOUR WEDDING DAY.
The cake will be eaten, and guests will eventually leave, but the beautiful memories captured in your photographs will last forever. You have planned YOUR BIG DAY with all your heart, and everything will be wonderful. Just remember to delegate tasks. If you don’t have a wedding planner, choose a family member or close friend to be your right hand, so you can enjoy every second of this most important day in your life.

  Events:
In the case of an outdoor event location, I like to scout the site 24 hours prior the event to evaluate the light conditions.
If individual photos are included in your event coverage package, I will arrive at least 1 hour prior to the event's beginning to set up my portable studio.
Depending on amount of clients, the printouts and other items from your package will be delivered within 1-5 days, also depending on the season.
If only individual photos are ordered, I always include a few candid photos from the event, as well as photos of the location, decoration, buffet, and more.
I strongly recommend taking the group photos at the beginning of the event, as the organizational committee (spirit crew) may be too busy throughout the event, making it more difficult to gather everyone together later on.

  Printing and Digital Image Files:
Please make a backup of your USB Flash Drive. I keep the RAW files (“film” digital files) for 6 months, and your digital photographs in JPEG file format are archived. In case you loose your USB Flash Drive, please contact me for a new copy.
You will find two folders on your USB Flash Drive: Photos_HighResolution and Photos_LowResolution. Please use the HighResolution images/files for printing. The LowResolution images are resized to two sizes; 3000pxl and 500pxl. You will be able to upload your 3000pxl photos to your Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media platforms out there. 500pxl photos are resized for emailing or for incorporation into your website.
The photos you purchased with the Copyright Release or the Royalty-Free License are not cropped to the standard print sizes (4x6, 5x7 or 8x10). There is a difference in the frame size captured by the digital sensor. Most photo labs give you the option either print the digital size (commonly called True Digital), which is smaller than the standard size, or you can have your picture cropped into the standard size. Another option is to add a frame around the image. Please see my illustration below.

All collages created by Frennet Studio are either in the 8x10 or 10x10 size. If you would like your collages or photos cropped to a specific size, I would be more than happy to assist you.
All digital images are in JPEG format, which is not suitable for billboards and advertisement prints. Please contact me if you would like your images sent in TIFF, PNG, or GIF format.
If you have any other questions regarding the printing process, your photographs, or Frennet Studio's services, please feel free to reach out to me via email at studio@frennet.com.

  Music Playlist for your Slideshow
During a recent conversation with one of my clients as we were remembering the previous sessions and fondly recalled the special touch I used to add with my post-session presentations, my “cherry on the cake” to the sessions, I realized that I forgot to share this emotional experience with all my newer clients. To bring back this cherished tradition, I have created a playlist of the songs that accompanied those presentations, along with some newer tracks for your slideshow.
To enjoy this personalized experience, simply connect your USB flash drive to your TV or Blu-ray player, light some candles, grab some popcorn and your favorite beverages, and let the music enhance the slideshow of all the photographs we created together.
